Many of our current executives are graduating and are looking for amazing “successors”! Positions available: Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President Events, Vice President Communications, Vice President Mentorship, and President.

Take a good look and decide which role you would like to have next year! (**Please note that for President, you must have 1 year of experience with the club.) And if something catches your eye…
1) Email us at email@example.com and include your name, year of study, and position of interest. (Please do this before Monday, March 23, 2015 at 11:59pm.)
2) Fill out an APPLICATION FORM: Exec Application Form 2015-16. Send the completed form back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org by Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 11:59pm.
3) You must attend the Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, March 31 at 5:00pm (at MATH 100), at which you can give a short pitch (maximum 2 minutes) about why you’ll be great for the position. Then we’ll hold a vote!
If you’re elected to a position, please come out to our End Of Year Celebration to be held in the second week of April, and meet your fellow club members! Don’t worry, the current executive will be available to ensure your transition into your role is a smooth one. Looking forward to seeing an email from you in our inbox!
